Fate/stay Night Unlimited Blade Works to have a Film

It is confirmed in the September of Kadokawa Shoten’s Newtype magazine that Fate/stay night will have a film. The story will cover the Unlimited Blade Works storyline from the game. The film will open on January 23, 2010 in Tokyo’s Cinema Sunshine Ikebukuro and to at least 11 other theaters throughout Japan.

New Anime Series to be released

The story is set in a family restaurant named Wagnaria in the northern Japanese prefecture of Hokkaido. Sōta works part-time among the restaurant’s high-spirited, mysterious, yet cool staffers.


The official website of the Sekirei television anime has announced on Sunday that production on a new Sekirei television anime series, Sekirei ~Pure Engagement~, has been green-lit. The new anime series is described as the second season of Sekirei.

The TV Tokyo broadcasting station and the Aniplex anime production company have announced on Tuesday that they are developing the Zaidan Hōjin Occult Designer Gakuin occult horror and school comedy with creator Hiroyuki Kitakubo (Blood: The Last Vampire, Angel Cop, Robot Carnival) and the Senkō no Night Raid spy action project with director Jun Matsumoto (Persona -trinity soul-). Both are planned as 2010 television series in Anime no Chikara, the joint project that TV Tokyo and Aniplex formally unveiled at a press conference on Tuesday.
